Haru M&S Tea Gathering (Christmas)

Dear fellow Anime/Cosplay/Harajuku lovers!

Welcome to our upcoming 17th Meet & Swap (M&S) Lunch/Tea Gathering! To cut wastage and save money on buying new stuffs, we are creating monthly M&S lunch/tea gatherings so we can swap/giveaway our items for another one during the tea gathering! 

We aim to keep the hobby passion on-going, and understanding it is not a cheap hobby, we decided to do a frequent lunch/tea gathering ♥ Our aim is to keep the hobby alive, getting to know fellow cosplay/anime lovers, maintaining our hard saved money and saving the planet! So its time to de-clutter your very own collection for new ones!

Theme : Christmas
Special : As this is a Christmas special, please bring a gift along for this event~ Min $10 worth will be appreciated~

Note - Cosplay is welcome but strictly no bulky outfit or weapons for everyone's comfort! There is no minimum spending, but as we are using the venue, please least order something. 

Term and Condition:
1) Each attendee can bring up to 20 items that are in good condition for swapping, its ok if you are ONLY joining us for gathering too!
2) New, pre loved or handmade items or doujin are welcome! but please check there are no stains or torn parts, nobody will wanna swap with you if you bring those >__<
3) Location varies each time, we will try to keep the lunch/ tea place affordable and spacious for our activity!
4) Dressing to the theme is strongly advised, we can all take the chance to dress up and take selfies/wefies!

Welcome to our upcoming 15th Meet & Swap (M&S) tea gathering! To cut wastage and save money on buying new stuffs, we will be creating frequent M&S tea gatherings so we can swap our items for another one during the tea gathering! We aim to keep the subculture passion on-going, and understanding each theme is not a cheap hobby, we decided to do a frequent tea gathering ♥ Our aim is to keep the fashion alive, getting to know fellow harajuku fashion lovers, maintaining our hard saved money and saving the planet! So its time to declutter your very own collection for new ones!

Please note that from this year onwards, seats will ONLY be allocated to those who state as 'Going' at least 24hrs before the event so as to ensure a seat is saved for you.
