Here is how to create the look:
1. Cover the entire eyelid and undereye the lightest shade of pearlish blue tone.
2. Select a med blue and create a curve inwards for the smokey eyes effect.
3. Dab some real glitter/shimmer in the middle of your upper eyelid for a popup look.
4. Glide your eyeliner, finishing with an upward stroke.
5. Using a turquoise eyeliner(best liquid form), underline the lower eyelid and draw some downwards lines, add some hearts for the extra cuteness with black fine liquid eyeliner.
6. Bling up for the extra touch.
