1. Cover whole eyelid with a shimmery light silver tone.
2. Put a piece of tape to line the outer corner of the eye to work the smokey black eyeshadow.
3. Remove the tape, line your eyeliner in an upward stroke for the dynamic look.
4. Use a silver eyeliner to line on top of the black eyeliner both upper and lower eyelids.
5. Fix on dramatic fake lashes.
6. Use clear gems to stick for extra effect.
7. Draw the lower lash for more dramatic look.
8. Add the gems to the end of longer strokes.
9. You may use the eyeshadow/eyeliners for the lips but remember to apply lip balm first.
