Salted Egg Yolk Nougat Biscuit 千層蛋黃餅

Once again, Sample Store is bringing Taiwan closer to us! As a half Taiwanese, I'll really happy about this! Having launched many beauty products and F&B over the past few weeks, this is the final item for the launch~

Using the natural and fresh ingredients egg yolk , wheat flour, milk powder and butter to made the snack . With master's good handcraft and aroma from the egg yolk paste, our biscuit has extremely crunch taste. The traditional Taiwanese good taste , now is available not only on traditional holidays but anytime and anywhere in supermarket on the street. You don't have to fly to Taiwan and visit SAN SHU GONG's chain stores , now you can buy them and taste them in Singapore. Try the new taste of Taiwanese nougat paste match with shallot biscuit. 

Different method of enjoying the snack - Microwave it: put the Salted Egg Yolk Nougat Biscuit (removed from packaging) on a plate and microwave for 10 seconds.
Individually wrapped cookies are always the best~
Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR、MALTOSE、VEGETABLE OIL(PALM OIL、SOYBEAN OIL)、SUGAR、MILK POWDER、EGG WHITE、WATER、BUTTER、SALT EGG YOLK、SALT、GLUCOSE、 ARTIFICIAL BUTTER FLAVOR、BAKING POWDER(RAISING AGENT)、SOY LECITHIN、 BETA-CAROTENE。 
Review - Many times we thought salted egg does not taste so obvious in cookies. But for this item, especially for those who loves salted egg, this one is for you~ It has a strong taste of the salted egg when you bite into it. At first I was quite surprised by its semi chewy texture, then I read the box again, it says nougat, silly me lol! Its an easy snack for me when I'm reading and I love snacks with individual packaging, meaning I can decide how many pieces I want.
