Tengawa Hokkaido White Curry

Tengawa is the first and only restaurant in Singapore to specialise in Japanese white curry. Originating from Hokkaido, white curry is a creamier and richer counterpart of the brown sauce based Japanese curry.
A cosy 30 seater place~

Serves value sets that comes with Truffle oil Chawamushi, Free-Flow clear soup with fresh clams, Pickled Vegetables and Rice! Now that's real value, isnt it?!
So looking forward to the dishes, I'm a huge fan of tonkatsu!
Spicy White Curry Ramen/Udon Set $16.80
The portion of spice is very generous, its a little overwhelming for me (scoop some out if its too much and slowly add in till your spice level), and the soup is comforting. 
0-4 degree aged Iberico Loin Katsu with Rice Set $19.80
The rice looks like a tiny portion but this is very filling! The Iberico pork is very tender and so yummy~ The white curry is also very nice and rich, not too watery. Vegetables are well boiled and sweet. Highly recommended! 
The chawmushi is very smooth and nice~Give it a try!
The soup has fresh juicy clams~
The best part of it~ Value for money indeed!
Once again, thanks to Jpassport for the invitation, I've found a new place for yummy Tonkatsu!
