Fat Prince - Cafe Bar Kebab

A Hipster Vibe meshing the vibrancy of bohemian Karakoy and the Parisian sensibilities of a casual cafe. Cafe by day, Bar by Night, Kebabs all the time.

Review - The orange juice is refreshing, it believe its freshly juiced! The rosehip tea is light and refreshing.

Cured Salmon Pastirma $22

Poached eggs, pine nut tarator, house bread

Review - The salmon is really nice, the pine nuts combined with the dressing is really brings a perfect touch to this dish with perfectly poached eggs.

Mennemen $24

Broken eggs, roasted lamb, spiced tomatoes, labneh, house bread

Review - Really good and well seasoned lamb! The egg was well done, not too wet or dry. However the green tomatoes shocked me, as they are green, thus very sour. Overall still LOVE this dish!

Turkish Iced Lemon Tea $9

Review - This is more of lemon than tea, those who love lemon will love this!

Grilled Halloumi Cheese $9

Smashed avocado, spiced macadamia, pomegranate Molassess

Review - The pita is really good, it is not too dry and soft to bite. Generous chunk of cheese, overall combination slightly on the drier side.

Spicy Adalar Prawn $10

Buttered soy, pickled chayote, nashi pear, mint

Review - The pita is really good, it is not too dry and soft to bite. Fresh and juicy big prawns, overall combination is chewy and refreshing.

Baharat Spiced Chicken $8

Shaved cabbage, fennel, pickles, labneh

Review - The pita is really good, it is not too dry and soft to bite. First bite reminds of of Satay sauce!

Charred Pork Belly $9

Smoked potato puree, Apple, mint, raisins

Review - The pita is really good, it is not too dry and soft to bite. This is my favorite among them all, the pork is juicy and not too lean or fat. The raisins are also nice!

Roasted Lamb Shoulder $10

Eggplant whip, pickled cucumber, zaatar yogurt

Review - The pita is really good, it is not too dry and soft to bite. There is a generous portion of the lamb meat, combination of the sauces is well balanced.
