The Providore

Situated at Mandarin Gallery level 2, The Providore, is a Italian mix western cuisine, quite popular for their breakfast and brunch. It consist of a cafe, deli, grocery and bakery as well. It is also a very nice place to chill for dinner, do check our their new menu~

CAFE
At our cafés you’ll find great coffee and gorgeous food inspired by our own product range, together with the freshest seasonal ingredients. Our light and contemporary spaces offer all day dining as well as selection of wines, craft beers and cocktails. They are the perfect place to relax with friends and family.

DELI
Our delis carry a large range of artisanal cheese, charcuterie, olives and antipasti sourced from some of the world’s best producers and are available as dine-in platters or to take home. With knowledgeable staff on hand to guide you through the range – as well as help to freshly slice, cut or package your choices – we can cover all your deli needs.

BAKERY
Our bakers and pastry chefs use only the best ingredients and traditional techniques to produce a range of european style breads, cakes and pastries. Baked fresh daily, they are served in our outlets on our café menu and for takeaway.

GROCERY
In our spacious and industrial settings, you’ll find a full range of gourmet ingredients, pantry staples, organic products and an extensive collection of homeware, boutique wines, craft beers, artisanal spirits, cook books and gifts. We host regular product tastings and demonstrations in-store to bring our products to life and showcase some of our great producers.
