Today, I'll be sharing 2 restaurants featured inside this Hokkaido Marche~ The first will be Natsume (Seafood Sashimi Bowl).
About Natsume
Food is maybe the only universal thing that has the power to bring everyone together. No matter what culture, everywhere around the world, people get together to eat. Our menu changes with the evolving availability of fresh ingredients and a wide variety of fishes and seafood sourced from Hokkaido, Japan. No matter how tasty your menu, customers won't come back if they have bad experiences with your customer service. And that is the reason why at Natsume, we believe in the importance of excellent customer service. A smile alone doesn't guarantee excellent customer service, but excellent customer service almost always starts with a smile.

Review - The sashimi is fresh and juicy, the rice is a little hard for me cos I'm a fan of softer rice, but it is still nice~ I find it a little different from typical seafood don as they usually do not have mustard sprouts or salad. It is pretty fun that you can decide what to choose for your topping, or you can just decide to get their special~

Next I'll be heading to Ajisai Noodle Japan
About Ajisai Noodle Japan
Located in Hakodate, in the southern part of Hokkaido. The nationally acclaimed - "HAKODATE RAMEN" brand - AJISAI" is famous for their shio (salt) ramen shop, this place is a must try if you're a fan of shio ramen! Having a history of 80 years in ramen making since its introduction, AJISAI has harmonised traditional and modern flavours.

AJISAI most recommended dish is the 'Shio Ramen'. Using pork, chicken, and natural rock salt on a base of kelp produced in southern Hokkaido, this soup is clear with no bitter taste and is even popular among women. It also tastes excellent with the shop owner's special made-to-order straight noodles or with juicy roast pork on top of the noodles. Flavourful broths and tender cha shu — a taste of Japan in a bowl. Try it now!

Review - I'm having their most recommended Shio Ramen, I really love their bamboo shoots and egg ALOT, one of the best few I have ever ate! The soup is a little different as they are using pork, chicken and natural rock salt. Its quite amazing there isnt any bitter taste to it~
