At first I thought there isnt any yolk, what are the chances of a slice cut without seeing yolk!? But yes there ARE yolks~ Best to drink chinese tea with it!

My personal tip - If you want to taste mooncakes at its best, enjoy them at room temperature, not too warm nor chilled~ I really like the baked skin, as it is not too thick nor dry. The lotus paste is smooth and not too sweet for the normal sugar level one~
