Next we have the CEO, Founder of Wanderwine, Alexis to share with us some information about French wine.
We all knew that red wine, is best paired with red meat, and white wine are best paired with white meat. So how about rose wine? As he shared, with us, due to the bursting flavor nature of rose wine, it can pair with almost anything!

Today, we will be tasting this lovely rose wine, Lou Farati
Grape Variety :Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault
Tasting Notes : Fine nose with fruity notes of strawberry, raspberry and white peach
Here we are ready to taste the wine~ In case you do not know, temperature matters in white and rose wine, so it is best to hold it with minimum contact with our hands. Can you see from this pic? If you worry not being able to, always wrap the bottle with a thin towel if you need to hold the bottle.
Short tips on tasting wine~
It is important to learn how to swirl the wine to increase the number of aroma compounds that release into the air.
1) Look at the colour, opacity and viscosity.
2) Smell, try to identify the flavours.
3) Taste the flavour, structure and profile of the wine.
4) Conclude the wine to your personal liking.

Alexis also brought his red wine, Bordeaux Graves
Grape Variety : 60% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc
Tasting Notes : Wild berry overtones. Palate of red berries with a hint of cherry.
Cheers!
Selfie with Alexis, "Do enjoy your Japan trip, dude!"
Thanks to Wanderwine for the vouchers, will bring my friends there!
