Toshi Yoroizuka

Today I'm heading out to one of the pretty famous grand patisserie and this is my look of the day~ Some brown and cozy due to the cold weather. Its a little windy, so I put a beanie over to avoid having crazy looking hair hee hee~
Here we are, at Roppongi Midtown~ Toshi Yoroizuka is known as one of the top 3 pastry chef’s in Japan and he is famous for his exquisite desserts. Dining at his salon is a MUST if you are into sweets. It is such a special experience as you get to enjoy freshly made pastries that can only be savored to the fullest when they are just made.
What sets Toshi Yoroizuka apart from other patisseries in town is the action happening in the back of the restaurant, namely a single counter with roughly 14 seats and two chefs assembling desserts in an open kitchen

LOVE the pumkin and love the aroma~ The creme is rich yet so satisfying~ Bites and pieces of refreshing pear brings a good balance too!
Love the fragrance of the pistachio nuts~ Also love the different textures within 1 slice of cake. Something very different compared to common cakes we see in the market.
This one is OMGOD~ Inside that dome is lots of surprises! Different textures and flavours burst within every bite~ Thou its 1,300 yen, it is really WORTH IT! They make every step right on the spot.
I apologise I really forgotten what tea is this T.T BUT its not the usual typical tea we see in the market. I remembered enjoying every sip of it. Perfect ending for my teatime~
I WILL DEFINITELY VISIT AGAIN
Hours: 11 A.M. – 10 P.M
