Really excited for this toured trip to S.E.A Aquarium! I've heard so much about the place! Been to the underwater world when I was a kid, I thought it will be similar, boy I was so wrong!
This place is just so much bigger! Its not known as the world's largest for nothing. The marine realm of S.E.A. Aquarium is home to more than 100,000 marine animals of over 800 species, across into 49 different habitats, each one as fascinating as the next, WOW~
OMG excited! We were given the area map and a booklet too~ First pass thru The Maritime Experimental Mueseum. The Maritime Experiential Museum is the only museum in Singapore where visitors can experience Asia’s rich maritime history and discover Singapore’s past as a trading port. It begins along the ancient Maritime Silk Route, which recreates the sights, sounds and scents of the bustling bazaars and where you can interact with the exhibits. See a fascinating trove of precious artifacts from the Bakau shipwreck and Temasek archaeological site that can be found at the Maritime Archaeology Gallery. There is also a life-sized ship replicas of Asian sailing vessels from the docks at the Historic Ship Harbour!
Based on the remains of the Belitung wreck salvages in 1998, the reconstructed9thcentury Arabian dhow, the “Jewel of Muscat”, features a hull made of timbers from Africa sewn together with coconut fibre ropes and no nails. The ship made its historic voyage from Oman to Singapore. It was presented as an official gift from the Sultanate of Oman to the Singapore government in July 2010.
Very attracted to their souvenir shops there! Candies and chocolates esp! There are also many cute plushies around~So many shelves of cute stuffs! Finally we are gonna enter the aquarium and see some fishy!

♥♥♥ My eyes dunno which one to look at! I wonder if they actually can identify one another like 'Finding Nemo'. First time in my life, I've seen such a HUGE aquarium! I really love the Ocean Dome ♥♥♥ So magical and cozy~ The only annoying part is hearing excited kids screaming their lungs out, at their excitement >_< I'm amazed by the candyfloss too! So innovative to create it with blinking light sticks! This way, you can avoid accidental bumps into it and risk kids wailing @_@ I prefer a quiet n peaceful environment to view the fishy, so I will suggest if you are like me, don't go in the weekends and lesser queues everywhere :P Strongly believe the current promotion will attract more people to go and enjoy the place too! Its really a waste to miss it. You don't have to travel far n dive to see the fishes, the fishes are here for your viewing pleasure and knowledge. Bring a loved one and make sure you hold his/her hand while viewing too, it will be amazing ♥
