Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo

Maro made a reservation few months before we came to Tokyo as we wanted to visit Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo.
If you are wondering what this contemporary french restaurant is, it is actually opened by Alain Ducasse at the top floor of Chanel Ginza building.
The french dishes there are inspired by Mademoiselle Chanel and uses local Japanese products

A door lady greets our arrival and guided us into the lift.
Look at those exquisite chanel lift buttons!
After a short walk, we walked into the restaurant and the server leads us to a comfortable seatting.
Most of the interior design has the unique tweed influence as seen on the furnitures.
& a hot towel with Beige Tokyo imprinted on it.
& other things on the table~
We took a look at the menu ~
You could choose from a variety of dishes, but you also also pick 'AU FIL DE LA SAISON'
In which you select 2 dishes (5,500 Yen) or 3 dishes(9,000 Yen)from their appetisers, main course, dessert , coffee or tea.
Elizabeth ordered a wine glass of Miraval
& Look at the names, JOLIE-PITT
As we were waiting for the dishes to come, they started with some entrees.
Starting off with Canopies
Leek Amuse
Floating butter, hahaha ( Many people asked if the butter was floating)
But it was a glass platform and its shadow gave an illusion that it is floating
Bread Slices
Here comes the appetizers and main dishes we ordered~
 Wakasagi Fritters
Delicate Brocolli Soup
Appetizer Pan Seared Duck Foie Gras
(Look at that! Can I just say that the portion for this is really huge and awesome??!
Baked Suzuki Fish
Roasted Farm Pork
Needless to say, after the appetisers and main dishes, we were kind of full.
But there is always room for desserts right? (:
We each, ordered a dessert~
And beige never failed to surprise us :O
Macarons!
Chanel Imprinted Chocolates (how cute do they look?!)
Back to the Desserts we ordered, they are
Coconut/Berry, Contemporary Vacharin
Chocolate Praline Chanel Square ( Look at the gold flakes)
Baba with rum ( not a fan of this)
Coffee~( really like the gold handle)
What is really special about this place is that they are really service oriented and thoughtful.
Its always normal to need to use the washroom and the server will guide you to location.
What was awesome was that I realized  that she was waiting for me ,outside the toilet , until I am done and she guided me back to my seat.
Also, the napkin was refolded nicely at my seat. (How thoughtful is that?!)

We also went up to the Terrace to take a look.
There were many seats and the view was great~
We saw a HUGE CHANEL backgroundand we took a photo with it. (Me, Eliz & Maro respectively)
We also took sometime to take some photos and selfies and sat down to feel the cold breeze,
We took quite awhile and we were shocked to realize that the server who helped us take this photo was still waiting for us beside the lift.
We were kind of embarrassed but amazed at their hospitality and patience.
Overall, the food, hospitality, decor and service was excellent!!
We might come back again when we visit tokyo. (The menu changes seasonally so do check it up)
