Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens & Ropeway

Today I woke up early as I have a long day ahead where I will be travelling from Osaka, Shin Kobe, Kyoto and Nara! I think if not for my JR Pass, I can not make it to hop 4 different cities in a day, especially when I plan to reach Nara before the sun goes down! Right now I'm gonna share with you my first destination of the day! I cant wait to share with you, a beautiful Herb Garden in Shin Kobe! First, here I am, arrived and still very sleepy at Shin Kobe station!
It really cheered me up when I saw these lovely blooms at my height, so I can go really near to them!
In order to reach the actual garden, one have to go to the mountain station to ride the ropeway up the mountain. If you plan to walk down while enjoying the gardens and facilities down the mountain, you can take one way ride up~
I'm feeling so exciting because I'll be going up the mountain via ropeway~
The city view of Shin Kobe from above~
It was drizzling, but hey we are going up and above the clouds!
LOOK! Its the Nunobiki Falls!
Nunobiki Falls (布引の滝, Nunobiki no Taki) is a set of waterfalls near downtown Kobe, Japan, with an important significance in Japanese literature and Japanese art. In Japan, Nunobiki is considered one of the greatest "divine falls" together with Kegon Falls and Nachi Falls.
We came to the mid station, do not alight and continue the ride!
The sky cleared up a lot! LUCKY~
What a view from the top and the air is SO FRESH!

They have some products that are made by themselves!
They make great gifts too!
A great place for souvenirs~
As a garden lover, I am really happy to be here~

Lunch for today~ Most of the ingredients used are grown here!
Its really nice to know that the veges, fruits and flowers used are all grown here, not in mass production but with great care! First time I actually enjoyed them over meat, how can that be?! But yea, it IS that delicious, juicy, pretty and sweet~ As it was a weekday and there isnt anyone this early, I felt like royalty, dining here with all the staff attending to our table! I envy Japanese who stay here, can eat there anytime!
Turning my head, looking outside the window~OMG are they harvested from here?! This is real cool, high up among the clouds, am I am here indulging my greens grown here!
This is my kind of heaven~

The gorgeous café lounge on the second floor offers incredible views of the sparkling sea and lush greenery from a huge window that bathes visitors in warm sunshine. A colorful dessert plate offers seasonal fruit to accompany a choice of 12 varieties of herb tea.
There are different types of seatings and they all look really cosy for a cup of tea~

I love all the beautiful details put into all these, and they taste so awesome too! The tea smell so heavenly, dont forget to pick them up at the stores, down the mountain before you leave to enjoy at home too, but of cos you cant beat the view and atmosphere here!
A truly splendid afternoon teatime with a great view, the ladies are SO gonna love this place~ I feel like  a princess!!!!! I really wish I stay in Japan, so I can come anytime!
If you prefer tea coolers
Or happen to be there during their outdoor style events!
Once again, I truly enjoyed myself so much, and I really thank all the friendly and kind team who have shown me great hospitality around the mountain, no matter which corner I went! Even when I got a little lost at the Middle station, the staff (a secret ninja guy) was so kind to guide me! All thoughts and comments are truly my own~ I will definitely recommend one to visit this place, and I wish I had more time here, cant bear to leave but I have to rush to Kyoto now~
